Possible Mixon deal *completed*

I'm not worried about the deal from a build perspective, so I'm looking for general value and the next handful of years thoughts.

Give: Mixon

Get: Aiyuk, mid 2022 1st, mid 2022 2nd

Looks like a free 2nd rounder to me!

I love aiyuk though, I think this deal looks amazing for you in a few months

Aiyuk is the alpha in that offense and now he's paired with a QB who fits him PERFECTLY. I could gush about aiyuk all day haha

I'm low on both Ayiuk and Mixon but this is selling Mixon at his theoretical ceiling which we never seen and I dont think we will. Getting Ayiuk a 1st and 2nd is alot easier to maneuver around than mixon alone and me being low on both of them I'll take the package for future trade value
If mixon bombs this season again it's over and getting a 1st will be a stretch .If you like Ayiuk then hes a great long term piece along with that draft capital...

I would argue that Kittle is the alpha in that offense, and would only make this trade if I had a buyer for Aiyuk.

Running back value is hard to come by so if I was competing then I would probably hold Mixon. In a rebuild, Aiyuk side for sure.

I ended up pulling out the mid 2nd and the late 1st turned into the earlier of the two 1sts the owner owns. One of which is his and he picked 1.01 this year. He has some pieces but hopefully the pick is early again.

So in the end:

Gave: Mixon

Got: Aiyuk and a potentially early 2022 1st.
