Considering making a run at Higgins. Owner is in position to draft chase and I doubt he would want to roster both.

Rebuilding team with lots of 2022 draft capital to play with.

I think you would need to add another solid piece to the late 1st to have a chance at Higgins.

I know that some Higgins owners are scared of Chase, but I don't think anyone is THAT scared.
