CMC Value in SF

I have a good starting line-up but could do with more depth. Am I asking too much for CMC?

FYI - He lowballed with Jacobs + Hooper for CMC initially so not too positive about any counter being accepted anyway.

I may be able to stomach the deal with the 1.01 instead, but the other deal is just too little in return for CMC. It depends on how you value Jacobs at that point, I think it's fair, but personal preference is important.
