Foster has the highest upside in 2014, and I would keep him if you have a late (say, August) keeper deadline *and* he looks healthy. Otherwise, Gio.

If you're focused on 2014 I agree with Jules. Foster and Forte would give you the best chance at winning next year if Fosters injuries are behind him, although he is getting up there as far as RB are concerned.
If it was my team i'd be keeping Forte and Gio. Those two should give you two RBs to be excited about for a long time.
