Reich says Mack is the starting RB and Mack/Taylor will be a 1-1 punch.
He's been so consistent about this for months, I wouldn't expect JT to take a bellcow role until later in the season, if he does at all as a rookie. Mack is better than may of us JT fanboys wish he were.
Yep. I expect it to happen, though, just like Chubb. JT "fanboys" aside, he's the better talent, and he should take over at some point, IMO. Mack is a very good back, but JT is a better one IMO, and as long as he doesn't fumble it away, that should show itself clearly at some point in season.

Every quote and story about this reminds me of the Demarco Murray/Derrick Henry backfield when the Titans drafted Henry. I think Murray is a way better player than Mack, but nobody could believe that the 2nd round rookie wouldn't take over early despite every quote from the coaching staff saying otherwise. I'm beginning to think that JT may not be as productive in year 1 as I would have hoped.

Bryce Love looking pretty good. I hope they never call this play for Gibson

I'm not a football coach but the first guy looked bad and the second guy looked good. Was it Gibson then Love?

I had just traded Love, after seeing a few camp videos of him. He looked pretty stiff, to me. Saying that, I legitimately hope he can do something, he's a great kid. I think it's going to be Gibson, and Barber on early downs, (More Gibson) and McKissic on 3rd down. I'm not sure Love has a role, but I hope he can get back to 100 percent and get a shot at some point.

Ha ha, I agree. I think it was those two in that order. If that’s the case Love looked pretty smooth.

Correct, Gibson was the first one going through the drill then Love. Gibson looked stiffer than Metcalf's 3 cone

Thanks. Oh well, I'm sure the most important thing is that he has a coach who decided he's going to be the new Christian McCaffrey.

apparently they signed him so trubiskly could beat him.

that's why they didn't sign cam newton. that and he's black.

can you believe they didn't even talk to deshaun watson before the draft? if i was a bears fan i would stop watching them.

he doesn't look like he will do well trying to work his way through the dline and lbers on an inside run. unless the oline cab create a sizable gap for him to run through.
