Should get a lot of touches, with Juju out too. I think Buffalo will shut him down, but in PPR he will definitely get some check downs. As far as ranking, high RB2? That game is going to have very little offense, even though the Bill's are far better offensively on the road this year. Not sure it will happen against Pitts Defense.

I wouldn't start anyone from the Steelers unless it's their DST right now. Their offense is atrocious and sporadic with Rudolph and Hodges at QB. Pittsburgh's line hasn't been nearly as good as it traditionally is (26th in adjusted line yards). So, Conner hasn't played well even when he's been in the lineup. Also, Buffalo has a very good defense, so I'm expecting an ugly, low scoring game.
I think Conner is an upside Flex play this week.
