Which site do you think has the most dependable redraft rankings to use as your "base"? Obviously personal prefernce will move guys up and down still. I feel I know most of the players and situations they're in from my dynasty, but I always feel like I miss the forest for the trees when doing 20/50 dollar buy in redraft leagues with church and co-worker types and never come out of the draft liking my teams as much as I do when doing say a startup dynasty draft.

In work/casual leagues I do my best when I just print the pre-draft rankings for whatever host site the league is using. The key for me in those leagues always seems to be looking at ADP/Ranking and just sniping players a round early or so. I may be assuming inferior leagues to what you are referring to. I'm thinking of the leagues around the office and everyone throws in 20 bucks for something to talk about on Mondays.
