This is almost a slam-dunk for MT... until I look closely at the settings. 0.5 point PPR dimishes WR value a bit, and only starting 2WRs somewhat crushes it given the depth this year.

I think that MT and Chubb are closer in value here than they would appear on the surface. Admittedly, if you're much higher on MT than Chubb, then these three rounds shouldn't make a massive difference. But I think that RB is a far more valuable position in this format, and that pushes the needle to Chubb for me.
