Single Keeper League - who should I keep?

I feel like the obvious answer here is Kittle, but I want some feedback from the fantasy community. Just going to list players that are on my short list from last year's roster.
14 team league, start QB/WR/WR/WR/RB/RB/TE/Flex
Kittle - give up round 7 pick
Pettis - give up 16th round pick
Samuel - give up 16th round pick
Carson - give up round 7 pick
Kupp - give up round 8 pick
Hunter Henry - give up 16th round pick

Tight End is a pretty barren landscape, I think it has to be between Kittle and Henry...but probably Kittle.
Most of the other guys you have listed, if you like them, you could still go and get them without having to reach much.

carson for a 7th is tempting, but so is kittle.
kittle goes earlier in drafts though, so i'd pick him.

Definitely between Carson and Kittle.
I lean Carson, just because I am higher on him than Kittle, but I think it is whoever you prefer

Kittle for me. Though Carson would be fine too.
