Mike Williams or Courtland Sutton

Postby mgregoirec » Wed Dec 19, 2018 5:19 am

You finished last and will now have the 1st or 2nd overall. You have to choose 5 keepers, who do you choose between CT or MW?

Thanks!

mike willliams because of who is throwing to him. and I own Courtland Sutton. I think Sutton is a great talent but Case Keenum is so bad. Mike Williams as Rivers WR2 will score more then Sutton as Keenum's WR1.

On the flip side, Yes Williams will be the WR2 but he may end up seeing less targets once KA, Hunter + Gordon are all on the field at the same time, would that not put him 4th on the chart?

Sutton next year may well be the WR1 and its no certainty Keenum keeps his position

I was thinking the same thing. HH will be taking away some of Mike Williams red zone looks.

Get a league that let's you keep more players is the easy answer. Tough choice between the two.

What does your entire team look like, does it come down to these two specifically? Leaving one of those two players up for grabs is a tough pill to swallow given this league is Dynasty. Both should be rostered without a doubt.

TE - M Andrews | Friermuth

2023 Picks: 1st round(2), 2nd round(2), 3rd round (2)

I'd go Sutton, but it's very close.
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...

Sutton for me. QB situation doesn't bother me. Keenum is on the way out and I think they will find someone to sling the ball.

Yeah, get in a "Dynasty" league, not a "keeper" league. I have both, and have to go with Williams, IF I had to choose, because of the QB.

I have to agree that in a keeper league, it should be Williams for current possible production. WRs can be swapped out based on short term situation, and that offense throws a decent amount compared to average. In a dynasty situation, I would lean more toward Sutton. Talent is there and his QB will change.
