My team is in my sig. I am 5-1 and in first place, plus I have a superteam as you can see. I need to pick up a DB as my DB2 (mcdougald) is on bye. Who do I drop? Ekeler, Mike Williams, Dede, or TreQuan?

identify a good DB in the late games or in the S/MNF, see how the games are going.
if you think you'll need the DB for the matchup, drop Smith, otherwise win with a man less and drop no one.

of course if the other team has many players in the late games and S/MNF, can't really go with this strategy.
I'd still drop Smith.

The issue is, this league is on MFL and for some reason our league does not allow us to submit a lineup with a bye week guy in it or an incomplete lineup. You can submit a full 13 man lineup with guys not playing due to injury or suspension, but it will not allow you to submit a 12 man lineup and it will not allow you to submit a 13 man if any of the 13 have byes. Sucks lol, cuz I do not consider any of my 25 players droppable sadly but cannot use last week's lineup because it has rodgers and brown on bye to so I'd be screwed lol.

Thanks for input, I was leaning smith or mike williams. Neither will be keepers because of the limits, so I guess williams has the higher upside for this year...

yes that sucks. but if you're not keeping him, Smith is even more droppable!

any chance of moving one of those three in a trade for a pick? I'm in a similar situation and have several offers out

problem with that, the other owners know you'll drop a player, and will just wait and keep their picks.

what you can do is to use one of those players in a 2 for 1 and/or picks

Trading one of the low tier players for a pick would not work because they will know I need a DB to be allowed to set my lineup this week. However, I will be trying 2 for 1 trade offers all day to see if I can make one happen before lineups lock. We have chargers fans in the league as we are based in SD, so I may text all 3 chargers fans and ask what they would give for mike williams and ekeler lol

I dropped Tre'Quan to set my lineup, but now that Ginn is on IR I need to pick him back up in exactly 2 hrs when he unlocks again. Hopefully nobody beats me to it. Who would you guys drop for him? Mike Williams, Dede, or someone else?

I would not drop DeDe or Mike Williams for Smith. Let someone else have him.
