Why do you like him so high? Just wondering cause I never draft te’s high. Don’t think that would hurt me at rb or wr?

It’s all about the positional advantage. While someone like Evans or Adams might score more raw points than Kelce over the course of the year, Kelce is going to consistently outscore the other TEs you face (with the possible exception of Gronk and Ertz) by a much wider margin than Evans/Adams will outscore your opponents’ WR2s.

So where do you rank Kelce yourself with who will be available at my 5th pick. Thing I get worried about is Kelce on a good week is gonna get what say 80 and a td? outscore the TE I’m facing by what day 8-10pts? How much of a difference is that from someone like Delanie Walker? I could draft a guy like T.Y. Hilton inconsistent might score 5 one week and 30 the next. Looking for more pros cons. Cause I do see the benefit of taking Kelce. Just feel like it’s gonna hurt RB and WR spots bad

any of those first 4 are there i take em if not go with who you like out of the rest i listed. i would likely lean mixon or one of kelce/ertz as those are harder spots to fill with high end talent imo

I agree with all of this post except your order after Adams. I go Hilton/Hill/Kelce/Ertz/Diggs/Mixon. That's also because I'm not a Mixon believer.

Yes TY will probably score more points than Kelce, but what makes Kelce so valuable is the fact that he scores his points in the TE position. TEs that produce at is level are very rare, whereas there are quite a few WRs that produce more than TY and several more that produce at his level. Having Bell/OBJ/Kelce gives you an elite performer at all 3 skill positions. Kelce will give you a much bigger advantage over opposing TEs than TY will give you over opposing WRs.

Barkley/Thomas/Evans/Adams

Any of them fall they are the pick.

At 5 if they are all gone I would take Kelce
