Who to Keep: Palmer, Kelce, Forte, White? When to draft IDP?

10 team keeper league, PPR. qb,qb,rb,rb,rb,wr,wr,wr,k,db,lb,dl
We keep 6 this year (next year will keep 8)
My locks for keep are
OBJ
David Johnson
Lamar Miller
Amari Cooper
Mike Evans

Deciding between Forte (is he washed up, in a committee), Carson Palmer (will probably see owners keep the top 10-12 QBs), or Kelce (is he elite enough to keep or can I get someone similar) or possibly even keep Kevin White?

Second question. This is the first year with IDP. What round would you start taking defensive players? Are guys like Watt, Mack, Kuechly that good that they are worth an early pick?

2 QB league? I think you have to keep carson if thats the case.

If not I would probably go Forte even though Powell does scare me a bit. Forte still finished top 7 RB in PPR last year with all the injuries.
