Does anybody think this means a deal for Mariota is more likely? I mean Philly doesn't really have much for backup RBs. I know they had a need for LB but they are gutting this team. cutting 3 of the longest tenured players and now McCoy. WOW!

Lol I would veto this trade. Shady is still a best, relatively young and healthy. Alonso is somewhat unproven and coming off a major injury. I don't see how the Eagles think this helps them. Kelly only wants Alonso because he was one of his Oregon boys. I am already getting annoyed by Chip by pulling this kind of stuff. I hope the manage to trade up to get Mariota and it backfires in his face and they suck for a while.

McCoy was making a ton of money, and if Chip believes his system can produce with a "next man up" mentality then we will see if he is right or wrong.

I think Philly win that one easily.
Kiko is a superstar LB, and LB's are more expensive than RB.
And Kiko is far younger. I don't get why the Bills did that.
BTW, that makes Philly a strong candidate for drafting Gurley/Gordon, not only Marriota.
