What is AP's & Foster's value?

This is for Team 1 in my signature. I won the league this year and believe to be fairly set for next year but adding a stud veteran back wouldn't hurt. The owner of AP and the owner of Foster are both going into at least a semi-rebuild if not a full rebuild this offseason. What are each player's value? What would you give up, if anything, to acquire them based on the league settings and my current roster?

This is timely for me, as I just have sold both of them last week. I sold both together to one owner for 1.09, 1.10, 2 2015 1sts. I feel I came out way ahead on the deal, no doubt. But to a team in need of RBs they could both be valuable. I think a mid to late 1st a piece is probably right on, but if u had to throw a 3rd or even late 2nd on top, and either one is a target for you, I wouldn't have problem doing that.

Don't know which their value is but we've to consider the fact that AP future is unclear. He could retire or put some huge number for home team Cowboys.
Foster has avoided major injury this year and i'm kind surprised by that.

I would let go Foster for a late first maybe multiple pick involve early second. But, at the moment, i would hesitate to pull the trigger on a deal with AP (Not so high risk/High Reward to keep him)
