Eric Ebron radio silent

Postby bigmac9812 » Wed May 07, 2014 4:07 pm

I like to consider myself an avid follower of the NFL Draft process but i have honestly not heard ONE peep about Ebron so far. Besides the fact that he's locked in as the N0.1 rookie TE and to be drafted in the tweens i've seen nothing. Someone correct me if im wrong but have you all heard anything?

What else are you looking for besides he position rank and potential landing spots?

I've heard incorrect player comparisons, but that's about it. I think it's done and dusted that he's the top TE going 10-15, so there's not much else for people to say I guess.

What more does he need to do? Just keep a low profile and be drafted. Don't do anything dumb to hurt his stock. That's it. Done deal.

Didn't Rotoworld just have a post saying all his teammates hate him because he's a ME type of player?

Well wouldn't you be a ME player too if you were a top 15 talent playing football at perennial football afterthought North Carolina?

Rotoworld mentioned that he's the top target of the Ravens.

No, cause I'm not a douche. I don't know if he is either. But Rotoworld says he is...

Man I hope he goes somewhere awesome. I really like the look of this kid. I haven't been overly excited about the last few years' TE crops ut I'm diggin Ebron and ASJ. Jace looks stiff to me.

Rotoworld always says terrible things but there was a report similar to this effect
“He's a high maintenance sort of personality. He's a me type of player and he always has been. He's a me type of person on the field and off the field, and I've known this since November. He's the kind of guy that was complaining when he didn't feel he was getting the ball enough. He's not well liked by all of his teammates. He's not a prima donna, but he's a bit self-centered. I don't know if it's just a maturity question, or that's the way it is. I hear it runs pretty deep.”
But really aren't most pass catchers me first...
"Me First" isn't terrible as long as continues blocking in-line and down field.
I'd be more worried with his occasional dropsies than the lack of media coverage or Me First attitude.
