2022 Offseason Trades

Postby Patsfan86 » Tue Jan 04, 2022 10:36 am

Dont see this up yet so lets start it

Gave Chase Claypool and 22 pick 2.09

Recieved 23 1st and 23 2nd (no idea where these will land)

The whole fantasy community is high on 23 class, as am I. My league is as well. I figure now is the time to get 23 picks, im also loaded with 22 picks so swapping 2nds was nothing.

I like it. I'd be moving off of Claypool if I had shares. A random 23 1st could be huge in value and will only appreciate from here. The 2nds are a wash to me

Yup, for all we know this pick could end up being Bijan. Im in a massive rebuild and my league is getting smarter so i know this is the best time to get these 23 firsts before they all catch up on the class.

Had this go down in my league

Owner A gave: 2 23 firsts, Raegor, Denzel Mims

Owner B gave: Aj Brown

Kind of stuck on how i feel about this one.

I think I’d prefer the Brown side even with the 2023 hype. If I was confident one or both would be very early, maybe change my mind. Reagor and Mims don’t sway me at all.

Here is how i feel about 2023, every first at this point in time could be 1.01, until its not 1.01. That 2023 1.01 is going to be the most valuable 1.01 since the 2018 1.01. You can do anything you want with that pick, You can take Bijan Robinson and have a stud RB prospect, or you can trade it for a haul and perhaps rebuild your whole team right there. Thats why im so hesitant on trading 23 firsts and want to accumulate them. But everyone plays this game differently and AJB is a proven young stud in his own right

That one looks pretty fair and roster dependent IMO. Brown would look good on a title contenders roster next year. The other WR's look like throw in players in that deal.

Gave 22 1.03, 23 1st (should be late)
Received CMC and 22 2.05

Love this trade for me. CMC has had some injuries but I think he is going to bounce back in a nuclear way, similar to how Keenan Allen did a few years ago when everyone was down on him due to fluke injuries.

2024: 1.01, 1.07

Team 1 in sig

Gave:R.Moore,2.11
Received 1.10.

Not overly confident in Moore and figured adding another first gave me a better chance at adding a RB.

Team 2.

Gave:Sutton,1.13
Received: 2.02,2023-1(early-mid), Logan Wilson(LB)

My team is deep at WR and picks. I’ll probably look to move 1.14 and 2.02 into 2023 picks as well.

That 1st one is something I'd do in a heartbeat. The 2nd makes sense for your team as well

The first one looks like bailing on Moore so not a real fan, but love the 2nd one.

12 team SF league

I gave - D. Henry and 1.12
I got- T. Lawrence
Sniffed around to see if maybe TLaw could be had cheaply. Wasn’t exactly cheap, but he was available, so I took the gamble.

Ya this is a great trade in a SF. I still think Lawrence has the highest ceiling of the class despite his lackluster rookie season. Jags were just a disaster on all fronts.
