He shouldn't be playing. He suffered a concussion less than 4 days ago. I would really have to question the NFL concussion protocol if he played. He practiced in limited fashion, not sure if he fully cleared the protocol, but if he did, that raises an eye brow. Cowboys are doing the right thing, regardless.

Re: Week 13 Discussion
I've resigned myself to the idea I might not be able to start Kamara the rest of the year. On the flip side, my IR stashing of Tony Jones looks like will pay off.

Yep, he's out. One of the leagues I have him, the Kamara/Ingram owner likes to handcuff his lead backs. I offer Jones some weeks ago as a part of a larger deal. He rejected the entire idea, dismissing Jones as an injured guy I got off waivers.Jigga94 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 25, 2021 11:53 amIs Ingram out too? Re: Week 13 Discussion
Carr balled out today. Should have had a few more TD passes, too. A poor route by the 3rd string TE cost them one, and Jacobs dropping a gimme for a potential 75 yarder for another. I really thought my Raiders were going to get beat badly today. Pleasantly surprised. A very inconsistent football team, but Carr really stepped up today.

The officiating in this game was frustrating. For both sides.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Fri Nov 26, 2021 12:26 am Carr balled out today. Should have had a few more TD passes, too. That Waller catch and fumble turnover for a TD that was reversed by the refs hurt. Dunno how they determined Waller didn't catch and turn up the field when that ball wasn't going anywhere without that paw swipe.
The 2020 secondary issues are creeping back. #18 Kazee FS some of the slowest and worst decision making I've seen out there. Anthony Brown with that PI to end the game and the 3 PIs during (All On 3rd-down...) helped Carr - a lot. There's a reason Dallas desperately desired Patrick Surtain and without a doubt will be looking to draft a CB/safety this year.
However, Micah Parsons. Rookie of the Year?

Lol, right? Nope, not starting him coming off injury in a bad matchup. More interested if he can retain a role for future softer matchups, and the potential to be Kamara's backup next year if Ingram is elsewhere.Jigga94 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 26, 2021 8:31 amHope you didn't start Jones...Pullo Vision wrote: ↑Thu Nov 25, 2021 11:56 amYep, he's out. Re: Week 13 Discussion
I started Jones and view this is a terrible outcome. He's an undrafted RB and he's slow. As in, can't run fast-slow.Pullo Vision wrote: ↑Fri Nov 26, 2021 8:51 amLol, right? Now I know why the Saints gave Ingram the 2nd year on his contract. Tony Jones stinks. 16 carries. For 27 yards. What is that.
Ingram will be back next year. If they draft or bring in any more big body RBs Jones is done.

Re: Week 13 Discussion
It wasn't for a TD, but based on the rule, that is an incomplete pass. His 2nd foot barely got down and the ball was out. It's 3 feet, or 2 and a football move. It sucks, but it's probably the correct call. Parsons should have been a top ten, probably top 5 pick. Guy is unreal.halfbaked88 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 26, 2021 6:47 amThe officiating in this game was frustrating. For both sides.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Fri Nov 26, 2021 12:26 am Carr balled out today. Parsons amazes me almost every play. Some guys just have so much talent it's scary. He's playing like prime Von Miller as a rookie.
