I could see them being a major player in the Watson sweepstakes. He'd be a nice fit in that division. The rumor was that they offered 3 1sts and CMC this offseason for Watson.

Tua nearly with a bounce back, but fell short. Will be fascinating to see if Watson ends up in Miami or with the Panthers. I'm hoping for the Panthers as a Watson owner, as Darnold has looked TERRIBLE.

The Seahawks paid Matt Flynn 25 million over three years to be their starter during Russ's rookie year. They fully planned on Flynn being the starter, paying him starter money (for the time). He wasn't an incumbent, but the job wasn't handed to him either. He had to earn it.

But you do have a good point that it feels like rookie QBs who are handed the job don't fare too well. I think the majority of these rookie QBs look better than average atm.
Yeah that is what I meant, Russ outplayed the planned starter to become an immediately starting rookie

You take this as if it’s personal to you  .

The funny part is Mike White had a bad game and he still didn’t play as bad as Zach Wilson last time versus the Patriots

The reality is I don’t want to roster either they are both trash and on a bad offense lol
I may or may not be related to Bryan Edwards

I'll frame this with owner bias as I have Bateman...but holy crap, Marquise Brown with 14 targets and only 80 yards? Bateman matched that on only 6 targets and it's 2nd game! Think Brown's problem has been efficiency, and I think Bateman is going to breakthrough as the alpha sooner than later.

You can't have it both ways. You only wanted to look at targets last week and not mention efficiency. Now you want to flip the script. The box score doesn't tell the whole story anyways. They can both exist in this offense. They are both talented

Its possible you didn't watch this game? The excess targets weren't drops, they were mostly either misthrows or "throw aways" that happened to be closest to Brown. Bateman looks good, and these recievers should compliment each other well down the stretch. Just have a hard time seeing your negative spin on Brown's game today.
