Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread
With Boutte having a huge game, and Bijan putting up a big total yardage game, I figured why not. Is this class a smash, smash, samaaaaash hit class? It's looking really strong, anyways.

2023 is going to be a loaded class... and Boutte's big game just makes Terrace Marshall look even better

The WR's LSU are producing over the last decade is impressive. OBJ, Landry, Chark, JJ, Chase, Marshall, Boutte.....just off the top of my head.

Seems we have one every three years
2014, 2017, 2020
Now 2023
The RBs here look absolutely incredible though. Like “could be 2017” level

I'm looking to acquire 2026 picks now, and getting the jump on 2029. 2032 I'm still a little hesitant on, as it's a bit far out for my liking.StripesOfKC wrote: ↑Sat Sep 04, 2021 9:26 pm Seems we have one every three years

So mad my league doesnt have these picks available yet or id be loading up now. I had a plan to try to trade some of my "older" guys like Evans and Mixon after this season to stock up on 2023, but i traded both of those players already in a deal for Swift lol. Very glad i did tho because i have a feeling i wont be able to get 2023 firsts even for Mixon or Evans. This is gonna be more impossible than 2020.

I am with you. My main leagues don't have 2023 available. In my 1 league that does, I have 4 2023 1st, and 3 2nds. loving that class. Hopefully I can turn 2022 picks near draft day into 2023 picks.Patsfan86 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 05, 2021 7:31 am So mad my league doesnt have these picks available yet or id be loading up now. Not sure if it's because of elite WR recruiting, great coaching and/or iron sharpening iron.. but despite the odds of any individual WR hitting in the NFL being pretty low for each player, there are more clusters than you'd expect. Off the top of my head At LSU OBJ/Landry, JJ/Chase/Marshall. At Ole Miss AJB/DK/Elijah Moore (?). At Alabama Jeudy/Devonta/Waddle. Clemson a few years back: Sammy Watkins/Nuk/Martavis Bryant.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Sat Sep 04, 2021 9:19 pmThe WR's LSU are producing over the last decade is impressive. Find one who is actually good (not great) in Jeudy
Use him to explain why the other (Ruggs) was trash in college
Use them to justify why Smith and Waddle couldn't do jack until 20
And then again next year with Metchie
Julio/Amari were the last great Alabama WR prospects (though Ridley was pretty good)
Re: Way, way, waaaay too early 2023 Draft class thread
haha I know what you mean.. there's a reason I didn't include RuggsStripesOfKC wrote: ↑Sun Sep 05, 2021 11:10 am Alabama WRs are a ponzi scheme

Jeudy is probably going to be good to very good; I'm higher on both Devonta and Waddle. In any case, that's 4 WRs drafted in the top 15 from the same cohort.. which is still very impressive.
2022 and 20223 exciting prospects
I was just wondering who are your guys’ favorite guys that maybe coming out in the 2022 draft class and the 2023 draft class?
Re: 2022 and 20223 exciting prospects
Bijan Robinson looks awaesome today
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts

Re: 2022 and 20223 exciting prospects
That 20223 season has got me truly hyped. Cyborgs playing football, a stadium suspended a mile in the air with antigravity played in front of a black hole collapsed star, in space, all broadcasted in 5D virtual reality smell-o-vision (tm), and Tom Brady returning for his age 20,044 season.
Such hype! Can't wait!
