Way Way Too Early 2022 Draft Thread
Re: Way Way Too Early 2022 Draft Thread
Back to the 22 draft but sticking with the RB talk, what do we think of Kyren WIlliams? Day 2 guy? Day 3? Udfa? He looks interesting enough for me to take him at the back end of the first in a bad RB class. But he is the definition of a guy where draft capital will matter.

Looks like a better CEH
Re: Way Way Too Early 2022 Draft Thread
I think he could rise as high as the mid first depending on landing spot. Not sure he’s a 3 down back but his ability as a pass catcher could let him see the field early on in his career.Patsfan86 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 13, 2022 8:47 am Back to the 22 draft but sticking with the RB talk, what do we think of Kyren WIlliams? What about James Cook? Seems to be a RB generating a lot of buzz.

Re: Way Way Too Early 2022 Draft Thread
I have 2 later seconds, hoping to snag two RBs there and just hope, sometimes thats the best way to go about it. Also i really hope Wan'Dale Robinson gets some high draft capital, he is a very interesting propsect for me but i wont touch him unless he is a first or second round pick. One mock i saw had him going to KC, i guess i can dream.
Re: Way Way Too Early 2022 Draft Thread
Just as an FYI rbs taken 2nd+ of rookie drafts (based on adp) have an incredibly low hit Rate. Last I saw the last 3 years combined to a 15% rate or something ridiculous

They are good for flipping, not holding. It's really low for all positions after early 2nd but rbs generate stronger buzz and create more flip opportunities, ime.

That's fair, it's more to the don't plan on holding these guys I guess. Fwiw wr normally sits around 1/3 still bad but over twice the rate at rb. Qb is around 50/50 but it's based on 1qb so these are all your top qbs on the yearSteveMaddensShoes wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 2:04 pmThey are good for flipping, not holding. I wonder if you should always plan to hold your later round wrs? How often do they return their value? Diggs, Kupp, Terry Mclaurin, Edelman, Landry, Robby Anderson. I doubt you could ever sell them for what they produced. Godwin and Hill are the outliers of that groupMjvb5 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 2:07 pmThat's fair, it's more to the don't plan on holding these guys I guess. Re: Way Way Too Early 2022 Draft Thread
Top 12 for QBs and RBs
Top 24 for WRs
Re: Way Way Too Early 2022 Draft Thread
2+ seasons of top "starter quality production" aka top 12 QB/TE or top 30 RB/WR I beleive

Re: Way Way Too Early 2022 Draft Thread
By that metric it's nearly impossible for a highly drafted RB to missMjvb5 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 7:41 pm2+ seasons of top "starter quality production" aka top 12 QB/TE or top 30 RB/WR I beleive
I don't think that's the right approach on RBs at least
Re: Way Way Too Early 2022 Draft Thread
To me hit is defined somewhat by roster requirements. Mine is 2 rbs 3 rbs, so a hit to me is top 12 rb, top 18 wr. Not sure length required but 2+ years seems fair for rbs and I’d want longer for wrs
