I get what you are implying but 3 seconds is like a lifetime to throw in the NFL. I think the average is around 2.7 seconds. I doubt more than 2-3 would have an average at 3 seconds or higher.

That graph is useful but flawed in that some of the qbs to the left aren’t there because the line is trash but simply because they read the field and make their decision more rapidly.

It was a lighthearted dig at the sloth like Wentz. The graph simply represents the average release time of QB's in 2020.

Ah gotcha. Yes I agree the graph makes Wentz look bad.
Quite often the least sacked QBs are the least sacked because they can decipher the defense more rapidly and get rid of the ball. The QB processing speed makes his line look good...but so many people want to say the QB is good because his line is good.
Ultimately it's a team game and a rapidly thinking and moving QB makes the line look better just as a well blocking line makes the QB look better. A graph like that one indicates Wentz is getting sacked at least in part because he isn't getting rid of the ball as rapidly as others could.

I get all that. My jab was more that our WR aren't getting open in 10 seconds, let alone 3. Wentz certainly didn't play a perfect game, but the Colts poor performance was not because of him

I believe both of Strachans receptions were crucial 3rd down catches? Can anyone confirm? If so that is a good step forward.

Was wondering what the snap counts were and if Strachan played much or at all in base offense. Guessing it was more whenever 4 WR formations were on the field w/ a cpl of plays spelling tired guys

Thanks ...pretty much what I expected !

Add in the % of targets for the RBs and there's not much short of an injury to a WR to get excited about ... Yet !

Where did you find snap counts already?

The NFLPlayerSnaps Twitter account lays out snap counts for every game (and puts them up pretty quickly): https://mobile.twitter.com/nflplayersnaps?lang=en

I like this one. It's nice and sortable too. Not sure how accurate it is, but I question the stats accuracy in general lol

Edit: there's a difference between targets and snaps lol... I need a nap

I like FantasyPros. They didn't have the snap counts yet. I know NFLGIS does first, I think these other sites user that data she's it takes a day or two to process it

Can confirm. I was watching the game, and that was something that stood out. Would have liked to see a few more targets, but perhaps they'll come as the season progresses.

None of the Colts WR's were separating. It could be an issue all year. Their WR corps is really weak.
