I like this trade for you. He looks like a legit slot WR that will be around a long time with 100 plus target share annually for the foreseeable future.Pullo Vision wrote: ↑Mon Jan 10, 2022 8:53 pm Gave Jacob Harris, 2022 1st, 2022 3rd, 2022 3rd
Got Amon-Ra, 2022 2nd
Did this trade in the semi finals. Lost that week but I was more focused on getting a young productive WR than trying to win that week. Picks became 1.8, 3.3, 3.9 and 2.4. Threw in the thirds and Harris to get an insta-accept and avoid haggling in a league with limited trades.

Re: Thoughts on Amon-Ra
I was wrong
I liked him predraft and was totally off once he fell to day 3
I still think he's a risky asset at current value but he has been sensational and is clearly loved by the coaching staff
He hit that magical 80+ PFF grade as a rookie too--putting him in elite company

Re: Thoughts on Amon-Ra
Amon Ra is on an absolute heater since week 13 last year. Since that point, he and Kupp lead WR scoring at 225 and 221. Next closest is 165. Targeted on 34% of routes.
I dismissed his end of 2021 season because all the injuries (Hock, Swift) would've funneled targets to him. I bailed on him in the offseason and it's looking like I didn't get enough in return.

Re: Thoughts on Amon-Ra
He obviously looks incredible. Rewatched some of his college stuff yesterday and couldn't figure out why he went 4th round. Maybe it was the 40 time. Goff is looking for him like he looked for Kupp.
I thought he was a sell due to the circumstances of breaking out when he was the only WR really there, but at this point he's bulletproof. Jamo returning won't impact his ceiling at all.

Safe to say a lot of us missed the Egyptian sun god; This kid is the real deal and a lot of fun to watch as long as you're not going against him on game day.

Slow slot player, there fantastic for fantasy but irl unless your a KA or Landry type your highly replaceable. Look at David bell for a fairly close comp from this draft class, elite college production at a major school and went late 3rdCameron Giles wrote: ↑Tue Sep 20, 2022 5:26 am He obviously looks incredible. To be clear, are you saying that's why he went in the fourth, or that's your current view on St Brown?Mjvb5 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 20, 2022 6:38 amSlow slot player, there fantastic for fantasy but irl unless your a KA or Landry type your highly replaceable. For better or for worse the NFL is playing a different game than we are, size and speed at wr is important irl but not really for fantasy

He’s a fantasy superstar and should be around for / long time. Top 20 asset for me, but hard to move higher due to pedigree. If he has a mid WR1 season, he’ll move into top 15.

Are you saying ARSB is a 140 point WR in fantasy? That's significantly lower than what he scored in his rookie year. Unless we're talking about non ppr pr something, in which case 140 is pretty good

Re: Thoughts on Amon-Ra
It’s hard to imagine this statement being true. ARSB looks great, and he will still be relevant even when Jamo returns. However, unless you think Jamo is going to be a bust, it’s tough to follow the logic of adding a high end pass catching option as something that will not lower ARSB’s ceiling, atleast a little. Jamo will certainly reduce ARSB’s target share. The only possible benefit I can think of is that it will make it harder for defenses to zero in on ARSB since they will have to worry about Jamo too.Cameron Giles wrote: ↑Tue Sep 20, 2022 5:26 am He obviously looks incredible.
