Post draft Landing spots for free agent RB’s like Bell or Gurley?

Postby zoster80 » Sat May 01, 2021 2:06 pm

Gaskins and M Brown what the fins are rolling out next year? I doubt it, could be a landing spot for L Bell or someone else.

Falcons going take a swing? Mike Davis great last year, but he’s been a journeyman his whole career.

Where else are spots some FA may come to complicate the depth chart?

I don't think Falcons

Davis is more talented than he gets credit for IMO

Their cap is screwed

Dolphins are pretty likely though

I'm a Gaskin owner and am surprised they didn't draft an RB. That said, I'm not worried about Bell or Gurley if they sign

Detroit. If they do really want to run a ton, their depth behind Swift is suspect. They may not be the playoff team people think of for vets, but Freeman joined the Giants last year when they were struggling. Sometimes, you're just looking for a gig.

Seattle's an option too, though they have more depth with game day experience.

If I had Gaskin or Davis I'd be sending out offers now on the basis that they are the starters on high-powered offenses and see if anyone bites and will give you the value based on that.

I'd bet that someone is going to come in via FA or trade that won't necessarily take the job but will screw up that starter/value perception.
