Thanks for posting. I always look forward to following this draft. I also like checking out prior years and reading the comments.
One first round pick that has always stood out to me was d’arick Rodgers in 2013. Not sure exactly what happened to him but I’m pretty sure he went in your first round but then he surprising went undrafted. He wound up on the colts and had some hype but never amounted to anything.

I’m also in a 14 team 1qb league going on our 11th year full of vets. I got the 1.1 and am full blown rebuild and have been planning on jamarr chase for awhile now. Nice to see someone else thinking that too and to see their reasoning behind it. Thanks for posting

Just entering a rebuild in a 1QB league... Chase is definitely your guy but I may look to trade down to see if you can add multiple pieces to kick off the building

Yeah, That happened. The pick was made by a guy named Matt in our first rookie draft. He didn't stay in the league long. Rodgers was a predraft twitter hype darling that year, much like Hakeem Butler some years later. That's one thing about this format, there's no safety net. You don't have situation to guide you and you can get burned pretty easily. I've missed on more 1st rounders than I've hit on. The funny thing is I've always played it safe too. The 1st round guys I took were usually right around the same ADP they ended up going post-draft. In this league, I'm always willing to trade my pick if somebody is willing to overpay. This draft is fun but after 10 years in this format, I've realized just how big of a crapshoot it really is.

First, thanks much for doing this. It's greatly appreciated and (to me) demonstrates why this site is head and shoulders above most other football sites. We all like to help each other and not troll. I do see one pick I don't understand but I won't call out. Very cool annual gift to us all.

I was surprised to see the top 2 picks both wanted Chase. Based on a lot of rankings and comments I was figuring he is ranked about #3.

Edit: I own 1.01 and want to go Chase, but have been thinking of trading back the whole time because I thought consensus was Harris/ET.

Don't get cute. If you want Chase take him at 1.01. Hes well worth it.

I was curious to see if anyone would recognize it. If I had any pull with DLF you'd get an extra month subscription or something - but alas I do not - so you'll have to be satisfied with knowing you were the first to figure it out. 8-)
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..
