Re: Jermar Jefferson Pro Day
Slight build, slow and weak. Not a great combo
Re: Jermar Jefferson Pro Day
Seems a big bowl of JAG. Will see how many truthers hang around.
I recall seeing a mock by ‘experts’ based on not knowing landing spots or draft pedigree, and someone took him mid-1st. Questionable then. Even funnier now.

I was already down on the kid, and now we get some numbers that could be considered red flags. Pretty sure he’ll be long gone before I’d consider burning a pick on him, especially given how enamored some FFers are with him.
Re: Jermar Jefferson Pro Day
Those who liked him were probably not thinking of him as a speed back, so this likely doesn't bother much. I like him as a good runner and receiver, with good burst but no home run speed. My interest will depend on his landing place. I much prefer his running style to a David Montgomery, for an example. Also, by comparison, his numbers are very similar to Dalvin Cook at his pro day. I wasn't overly happy with my Vikings drafting him with their first pick back when they did, but can't complain now. I'm not saying Jefferson will be a D Cook, but just that as someone who was intrigued, I'm not dropping him due to these numbers, as it's not far off from what I expected. If he gets good draft capital and a decent situation, I'd be interested.

This is how I feel with 90% of RB each year after the top ones. The only mid round guy I liked last year was Dillon. The Vaughn's and McFarlands and Moss types are capped on upside and get bumped up rookie drafts because of their position and sometimes perceived situation.Bronco Billy wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 7:36 am I was already down on the kid, and now we get some numbers that could be considered red flags. Agree. Once the first few go, I'm typically loading up on 3rd and 4th round rb fliers on the cheap.Jigga94 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 9:08 amThis is how I feel with 90% of RB each year after the top ones. Re: Jermar Jefferson Pro Day
I wouldn't be surprised if he's a UDFA. I don't dislike him as a player, but his already lower standing in the class is going to take a big hit with this showing.
