Unpopular Opinion: You will waste your premium 1st round pick on Kyle Pitts.

What would you consider a haul if you were an owner? Maybe we won't disagree with you, I'm curious.

There have been trades of like Waller + for Pitts and I'd say that's a good haul (pending the +), but Pitts is way younger and that trade might look pretty bad in a few years.

Again, I own Pitts nowhere because 1. I wasn't high enough anywhere to draft him and 2. I would not have taken a TE over any of Najee, Chase and a handful of QBs in SF.

The owners who were high on Pitts though aren't going to sell. Same with people who drafted Chase. Unless you have a very trade happy league or something... saying to trade Pitts for a haul right now is one of those things that sounds good in theory, but why? Unless you have an insane offer coming back he's a clear hold after these first handful of weeks

I own Pitts in a 16 team TE Premium. He's the #16 TE so far but after today he will definitely move up.

There's no way I'm trading him away. Especially after this incredible game wow.

In it wasn't a TE premium I would definitely consider it, but having a stud at TE is such a luxury.

I am not a Pitts believer which clearly goes against the grain on this forum. I would still sell him for a haul. If his price was insane prior to this game, it will be even crazier after.

I'm with you. With all the hype over Pitts and his stats today, I'm sure there will be offers of Two 1sts, Lamb and two 2nds for him. I'd take that all day.

I would not trade him for Crowder+1st or something similar.

Last thing I'll say is, this probably won't be the norm since Ridley and Gage are out, but it's encouraging to see what he can do as a focal point.

Again, he was primed for a big day with Ridley and Gage out. Honestly, I’m not impressed with the amount of targets he saw as a result of injuries. Yes, he produced which was to be expected - good for him. But a lot of you are acting like the starts weren’t aligned perfectly for him today.

Someone got Waller+Diggs in return for Pitts preseason on this forum. After this game, which will most likely be his best performance of the year, I am absolutely selling for a haul like mentioned above, especially in a non-TE Premium.

The reality is when buying or selling a stud a HAUL will be a basic requirement.

Let's not act otherwise. Pitts was the 1.1 rookie pick on many boards which wasn't a surprise. He is going to be a stud for years in the NFL most likely.

This definitely won’t be his best game of the year. 9/119/1 isn’t a particularly remarkable line for one of the best receiving talents in the NFL, it’s more of just a standard day at the office. He’ll have much bigger games for sure.

That's the one deal that was an overpay then and still is now. I referenced this one earlier, but forget Diggs was the +. He's more of the main piece in the deal if you ask me.
