Possible, yes
Historically players on his path don't though so if I'm a betting man I'd say no

I stashed him before our waiver wire locked last season in hopes that maybe he could show something in 2021. I just hope the Colts don't re-sign TY Hilton. I absolutely agree with the bolded above though. If not this year, I'll be dropping him for another upside stash.

He was marketed as a gadget player. Some runs, screens, end arounds, and as WR. An offensive weapon.

Those guys rarely pan out for fantasy purposes. The last one I remember having relevance was Percy Harvin. I remember when Tavon Austin was a top rookie pick.

There's a small rookie WR being sold as that type of player this year too. Safe to say I'll rank him below market value.

I'm thinking yes. Very slow start but he has some serious juice on the field. Decent chance that Wentz can be solid and I think Parris gets good numbers if he can stay healthy. If he gets hurt this season, it's probably end of the road.

It’s really tough to say since his 2nd year got cut so short, but I still think he’s got a shot to be a contributor. I think his ceiling, just based on his skill set and how he’s likely best used by a team to create mismatches, was always mid-back end WR2-WR3, so wouldn’t take a ton besides health and a bit of opportunity to get there.

Loved him as a prospect and the landing spot seemed ideal. He was actually my favorite WR in his class. Then Luck retired and Campbell just hasn’t been able to stay healthy. Don’t own him anywhere, but I haven’t totally written him off either. Sold my only share last offseason along with Goedert for Viska and Duke Johnson. Felt like an overpay at the time, but I’m happy with it now.

I’d gladly scoop him up for free if he got dropped, but I wouldn’t pay more than an early 3rd for him at this point, and even then, I’d prefer to see who’s there when the pick is on the clock.

No idea; I own in a few leagues and had him rated fairly high. Injuries have plagued him. He may be made of glass.

I now view him as a coin flip but holding out some hope.

I am not sure I agree with this. Maybe he was pre draft, but his team has not used him as such. When he has been healthy he has been very effective. It is all about health with him. I personally expect him to slide into the TY role when he leaves via FA.

Its not often late bloomers in college pan out, its not often that guys with no production or even playing time (due to injury or otherwise) pan out in season 3. Im hopeful for him, but I just dont see it. He might have one of the worst starting QBs in the league, and still has to remain healthy. He has flashed, but I wouldnt be betting on him to amount to much more than low end WR2 production

You may be right. Didn't the Colts also promote him as this type of player though? I agree that health is probably the biggest anchor to his value, but it's getting to be too late for him to recover.

I would argue that deebo samuel and Curtis samuel have each had periods of relevance as wrs in a mold similar to that and could theoretically continue to do so as well

Looks like he will get a serious shot at relevancy this year. No big WR signing, so hes competing with Zach Pascal for #2 duties. Not a fan of this WR core as a team that is so close to being a legit contender.

The team has a ton of talent but no team with Carson Wentz is that close to being a legitimate contender unless you just woke up from a 1 year coma

I imagine OT is their 1st round pick. The second rounder being edge would solidify Campbell's opportunity next year. Hopefully a WR doesn't fall there (if you own him)
