Absolutely correct, and I'm handling it the same way. Makes me think of how a broken clock is right twice a day.

Texans are probably using him in an attempt to stir up interest from other teams. I totally agree.

"... And NFL Net reiterates what ESPN previously reported: Team trading for Watson in the next 10 days will be able to play him immediately and he won't be suspended by the league this season (unless he's charged with a felony, which he hasn't been)."

Looks like we are going to get Watson this year, and no suspension likely this year. HUGE for those owning him. Tua had some awful moments this week, but did nearly win the game. Very interesting few days ahead.

Still leaning to nothing happening.

Watson and the Texans are in a toxic relationship and one of those parties just can't let go because they fear the unknown.

It should be interesting to see what happens, and how much a team is willing to pay up with so much unknown still. I am still in the "I'll believe it when I see it mode", in regards to a trade. Lots of people who roster Watson are going to be sweating it out for the next ten days. In the end, it either happens or it doesn't, but there's going to be a lot of media hype, no matter which way it goes.

Nope, there are active investigations, but no charges. The court dates for the civil aren't until early 2022, so that's still to be decided too. I just have my doubts a team makes a move until there is more clarity on all matters. With the amount of draft capital involved, it's a huge risk to make a move right now, vs the off season.

I'm totally on the side that says he doesn't play in 2021. I also wouldn't be shocked if these civil cases get settled and the criminal allegations are then dropped.

Can't wait to see Schefter, Rapoport, and all these others coming out with "a deal was just never going to get done with so many questions surrounding Deshaun Watson..."

If he gets passed all the legal stuff, is he worth more in Miami than he was as a Texan?

Carolina?
Denver?

Won't be worth less, so a top 5 dynasty option.

Am I the only one that thinks his legend is better than his reality?

I'd have him Top 10 but not Top 5 ... so question to me is whether or not a Top 10 QB is worth 3 #1s & 2 #2s (not to mention all the discounting that needs to done b/c he's a serial rapist).

Yes, you are probably the only one. Watson is a young franchise QB in real life and a top 5-10 QB in fantasy.
