As long as Robby doesn't go driving in Florida again I'm along fir the ride. Bought in on him early in his career when he got mop up duty seeing his separation skills & ability to go up to get the ball

I really like Anderson and think he has been underutilized all his career. Jets seemed to think of him as only a deep threat and that's far from Darnold's strength. He's really a goo route runner and can win at all levels.

Robby Anderson

Postby Kkiddynamite » Wed Sep 23, 2020 7:33 am

Have not seen a single snap of the Panthers this year but his stat lines have been good. I know he is obviously benefiting from garbage time and game script. Is he legit though? He has flashed in the past, and has a coach that has shown in his college coaching role at least to get guys the ball. Just wondering what the thoughts are on him and how he is being valued in dynast?

I've been considering whether to try shopping him yet but definitely premature for that offer. Anderson's production won't feel "real" for at least what...2 more weeks?

I would sell high but I think he is a solid bench play if you cant move him. You can do a lot worse for a bi week filler.

That can’t be right , Rod Smith from the Broncos had like 8 or 9 and I’m 100% sure he was undrafted .

That Wes Welker fellow had 5 seasons of over 1000 yards and he was undrafted.

Rod Smith had 8 seasons of over 1000 yards.

Miles Austin had a pair of 1000 yard seasons.

Víctor Cruz had 2 (and was two yards short of a 3rd).

Wayne Chrebet had 1 season.

Not sure if there are others...but there are definitely some Pro Bowl seasons between those guys, and some NFL records too.

I was thrown by the statement, too. I thought maybe I missed some detail, some caveat, like- "1k year for a team that didn't initially sign him after going undrafted." But, nope. https://www.pff.com/news/fantasy-footba ... or-week-17

Something isn't adding up here. Thielen also adds to this list of undrafted with a 1K season. He had 2 actually I believe, almost 3.

Maybe that stat is just for this season?

It's definitely just a statement about 2020. Of the 12 WR over 1k yards, he is one of them. I'd bet after this week he will be one of 15 or 16.
