Gave: DJ Moore, 3.12, 2021 4th x3
Got: Reagor, Mims, 2022 1st (Top 5)

Stacked at WR, of which I’ll start 2-3 each week, so decided to roll the dice on a high pick and some upside WRs. Acknowledge some won’t like it, but hoping I can mine value in the pick or draft a more premium position with it.
I'm quite a fan of this.
League #1- 14 tm ppr, 1Q, 2R, 3W, 1T, 1 R/W/T, 1K

League #2- 12 team PPR, 1Q, 1R, 2W, 1T, 1 R/W/T, 1 W/R/T, 1 Def

League #3- 12 tm PPR, 1Q, 0R (yes, ZERO RB) 3W, 1T, 2 R/W/T flex, 1 Def

That's a real nice price for Gibson imo, especially with your RB situation.

12 tm standard league (I already own picks 1.1 & 1.4 & 1.8)

Traded: 1.11 + 2.4 (16)

Received: 1.7

My best TE's are Njoku, Kmet & Trautman and I wanted to move into Kyle Pitts range. Owners of picks 1.5 and 1.6 already own top end TE's (Waller & Andrews) and have deficiencies in other areas (WR, RB). Previous owner of 1.7 has garbage at TE so the trade was two fold - knock out my closest competition for TE at that point of the draft and put myself in position to grab Pitts.

Pick 2.4 should be a juicy player, but I think Pitts is worth it. And depending on how the draft board falls, I might be inclined to trade back from 1.8 to recoup some of the lost value on the initial trade up. There are a couple of teams who have contending rosters but walked the tight rope at QB this year - hoping to get someone hungry enough for TLawrence to make a trade up to 1.8.

Would've tried to swing that for Fant instead of Pitts if you really need a TE. The hit rate on 1st round TEs is atrocious.

The value is fine, but Pitts might not make it that far. I hope you're prepared for that.

I think 7 is safe for Pitts. And the trade off is one of Etienne Harris Chase or Smith or a legit QB prospect Smith would be the only let down consolation for me and he’s avoidable at 1.7 i think

I've heard several people talking about taking him as the first non QB in SF/TE premium leagues. #7 is not safe in superflex. It's definitely not safe in non SF. It's not even safe in non TE premium IMO. I would never make a move, especially predraft, expecting a specific player to fall to a certain point unless I'm ok with the other players on the board. People are going to take Pitts higher than we've ever seen TE going in rookie drafts. He may fall to #7 in this league and ultimately, this person knows their league better than we do, but it's not a safe bet IMO.

7 is a decent bet in SF, a risky bet in standard, a no go in TEP, just my opinion. But i agree with you ultimately that it is not worth trading around those luxury picks until after NFL draft

No, 1.07 is not a guarantee to land you Pitts, but I think you will have a really good shot. Prolly have 3rb's and atleast 2wr's go. What does the teams at 1.05 and 1.06 have at TE? That will give a little better idea. If it's not TEP I'm not taking a TE in the top 5-6, but that's just me.

I remember last year in the early spring I traded up to get to the 1.04 in order to draft CEH. he was my favorite running back in the class. Obviously it looks like I was wrong but either way I had traded up to that spot to guarantee getting him. Because at that point no one was talking about him in the top four. Then he went number one in my draft and I did not have a shot at him. Be careful trading up at this point with a certain player in mind. Although now is the time to trade up there is a chance that the guy skyrockets or plummets based on a numerous amount of factors.

Though I bet if you went RB still you're probably happy, if not happier than getting CEH
