I initially offered a 2nd for Cooks but was happy with the counter. I like Penny but it’s lots of potential compared to production with Cooks

Washed? He's 24 years old coming off an ACL injury, not 28 with Todd Gurley's knee. I like the trade, but Penny could absolutely be the lead back in a great offense next year.
