Semi Finals heartbreaks?

Misery loves company...help me feel better. What decisions did you make this week that cost you a chance at a championship next week? Whether it was a lineup choice, picking up the wrong FA, a trade (if you still have a league that does trade this week)...let's hear it.

1) In one league I am up 23.60 and my opponent has Ben tomorrow. I thought about benching Keenan for Tyron but decided not to (thanks, Anthony Lynn). If I played him then Ben would need around 35.
2) Lost by 6.15 and played Keenan. I was a big dog against the best team in the league and was hoping Keenan was healthy enough for double digits. I had AB on my bench. I also benched Logan Thomas for Jared Cook after MT was ruled out.
3) In another league I trusted Mike Davis for another week and also played Keenan. Gross.

About an hour & a half after the game, FleaFlicker said I lost by 4.6. WTF. They had mis-scored someone by a full TD. FleaFlicker sucked before this, they now buried their chance of getting any good press from me. I'm in six leagues, this one is the only one not on MFL. I just hate it.

Yeah I saw that in another post! I have never heard of a game swinging that wildly before.

Top team in my league (not me of course lol) didn't see the Zeke inactive in time. Time zone difference so he was likely asleep. Pollard on his bench will be the difference.

That is wild, we have had about 5 games swung this year on FF from stat corrections. Do you know who the TD was miscredited to?

Our 2017 championship was actually determined by stat corrections on the Thursday following the Monday game

Was in 5 semis. Won 2. Lost 3.

The widest loss is the one I am most bitter about. No.1 seed by a wide margin. Playing no.6 seed. Scored more than 700 points more than him during the season.

I started Carr over Ryan. Amari. Sanders, CEH.

I had Waller and Montgomery and still lost by 90. His Logan Thomas outscored my Davante, CEH, Carr and Cooper combined. It was the way the matchup went.

It was my most well rounded and best team across any league and I'm a bit bitter I didnt win.

Still, I have the 1.01 in the rookie draft to look forward to and Kittle to come back next year hopefully.

#1 Team in the league, had a bye, scored more than 200 pts than the next closest team.
Lost this week because of the "trade" I made with my playoff opponent around week 4 that I thought would win me the league.
The trade:
I get: A. Kamara & J. Jones
I give: D. Montgomery, J Jefferson, and D. Johnson.

Jones didn't play, Kamara was fine. I would've had 36 more points if I didn't make the trade, easily would've won.....

Going to lose by 6 because I played JPP over Hubbard for all you IDP folks. JPP did not record a single tackle or anything. Not that Hubbard is a lock for production tonight but I made this change last minute and regret it. Both teams in my matchup put up the 2 highest scores of the year too but I came up just a bit short.

I believe they credited Pat Mahomes with a rushing TD, took it away hours later.

In the offseason, I had a buddy take over an abandoned team. Since I already had Mahomes on the roster, I obliged and accepted his trade offer when he sent me Mayfield for Tannehill.

I ended up losing to him by less than a point.

Had that happen to me once, back in 2010 or 2011. I thought I had lost in the finals by 0.5 points, only to win by 1.5 points a couple days later. It's an IDP league, and one of my players got credit for another solo tackle. Not the most exciting way to win a title, but I didn't complain.

Just wanna comment on scoring adjustments: I’ve played a good bit on just about every platform (except flea flicker), and I’ve never seen a big adjustment. I’ve seen a few very close games get flipped to the other side.

I think one league I had yahoo have a 3 point adjustment (in my favor). Largest by far I’ve seen.

Any other stories here?

Lost by 0.9 pts with Diontae Johnson to end the night. Had Cole Beasley on the bench and would have won if I started him. Pretty solid team ... Murray, Jacobs, Aaron Jones, Gibson, Tyrek, ARob, Diontae Johnson, Fuller, Dallas G and Engram. Suckssss!! $2k SB prize
