I'm aware of that, although looking back I can see why my post made you believe that was my point.
My thinking is if you only run 20 times a game, why not give your star RB all of those carries, unless there's a lot of touches in a row and he needs a rest. Or at least give him 80-90% of them. That just hasn't been the case though. They don't use their RB's all that much and they still rotate Bell in a fair bit. Considering how slow he looks and how good CEH looks, I don't understand the Bell usage at all.
