how funny was it when evans slapped ramsey on his helmet to get open then the refs threw the flag on ramsey. bozos.
The Rams receivers are criminally slept on, especially by casual observers.
I think Goff has the most to do with that. Last night was a rare game for him. He's regressed the last two seasons from my point of view.

You think that has anything to do with his (and others) large contracts they gave out? Seems like the OL regressed from 2018 as well. Losing Cooks and Gurley doesn't help the offense and they were large contracts that they had built around.

I don't watch many Rams games, I just always thought of Goff as a mid tier QB (QB10-16 range). Like a Stafford basically. He will throw picks and probably won't ever lead his team anywhere, but he'll put up some good numbers and stick around for a while

Yeah, all those things are a factor, particularly the o-line. They used to be one of the best units in the league, but of course the only way to go from there is down. Kind of like Chicago.

Goff's biggest issue is inconsistency. Some games his accuracy is just horrendous even without pressure. When the O-line gets dominated he handles pressure poorly. And then there are games like last night where he's on fire.

This is classic, guy with six consecutive 1k yard seasons is a bum and needs to push off every play. Really?

How else did he get 1000 yards all those years?!

He did need to against Ramsey. Did you watch the game?

Yes I watched every play, and have watched a good amount of Evans over the years. He is the definition of a physical WR and equally hand and body checks as much as his cover corner. If Ramsey is going to play physical, so is Evans - it’s as simple as that. He definitely doesn’t need to push off every play, he has 4+ inches on Ramsey and can out leap him by a mile.
