Nah screw that, if they don't leave that league or boot the commish they aren't worth playing with either. File for your refund with LeagueSafe and keep doing it, don't allow him to steal your money.

This makes me wonder would it ever be worth it to have a fantasy football commissioner for hire. I would have walked away from this league ages ago. Sounds like this commish is a toxic character. Anybody who resorts to profanity, gaslighting, and insults/denigration to communicate in fantasy are very triggering to me. This seems like it has hit an extreme level.

League can still petition to MFL and Leaguesafe to remove him as commish, and you can definitely file for a refund it's happened several times in leagues I've been in. I've now had multiple people say they will sign the petition, but dont want to be the first do do so. They're afraid of retaliation.

If there's retaliation it will further show how incompetent he is for the commissioner position and be more proof to the rest of the league why he should be removed. Have someone in the group chat send you all the screenshots of his behavior and send them to MFL ans LeagueSafe.

I have screenshots of his behavior. I'll try sending it to leaguesafe. They gave me this generic response though,
"Please remember, LeagueSafe is not responsible for resolving disputes between a league commissioner and league members, and we always encourage such disputes to be settled by league members."
Goes on to say the commisioner needs to issue a refund, or the league need stop petition to remove him.

Where you share details about how you would regularly instigate with him, and you went so far as to make fun of his kid. This is a two way street where grown men act like children. You're both terrible and I'm thankful I don't have to deal with either of you in my daily life. My suggestion is that you call him, apologize, and then take a year off. Stop trying to band together a revolution and just let all this anger go man.
