Texans acquired QB Ryan Finley from the Bengals.
The Texans are sure to sell those season tickets now. Finley was shakey-legged and completely overwhelmed any time he took the field as Cincinnati's backup, compiling a career 48.7% completion rate with three touchdowns to four picks. He'll be listed as Houston's third-string option if he makes it out of camp.

It was reported that the Chiefs were offering a similar deal for Juju as Pittsburgh. So why the hell would you not go to KC? You have a bigger void to fill there AND a much better chance of winning a Super Bowl. Doesn’t that seem like common sense?

He's hoping to cash in next year which means showing out this year. Maybe seems like he'd be able to do that better in KC on paper, but it would mean learning a whole new offense and playbook, getting in sync with Mahomes, and IMO having to fight a more talented group for targets. Pittsburgh makes the most sense to me for him to put together a good year and get a better contract next season when the cap jumps up.
