Week 4 Discussion
Re: Week 4 Discussion
Chargers cannot go back to Tyrod, this is clearly Herbert's job now. Herbert can just do things Tyrod can't/won't.
Re: Week 4 Discussion
Gus looks better than Ingram. Not ingram looks bad, but he just takes what's there

Re: Week 4 Discussion
I have no idea why the Texans wanted David Johnson. He looks pretty ordinary to me. Can't even get around the corner on the outside. Just no burst at all

Ravens treating this game like it's a 7 point lead vs the Patriots instead of 18 vs WFT. FREE DOBBINS!

Re: Week 4 Discussion
After that drive where they failed on a 4th down with a bunch of short passes, Haskins had a talk with the QB coach. He was more consistently attacking downfield after that, including a deep pass to McLaurin inside the 5.

What a great catch by Fuller, unfortunately for him the ridiculously stupid NFL rules will rule that incomplete. There's no way to hit the ground that hard and not have the ball move. And they wonder why fans are losing interest. In every other game in the world that would be a catch
Re: Week 4 Discussion
Yeah he had a nothing-to-lose attitude late. He would need to play with that all the time to be relevant. St that point he'd be WinstonPullo Vision wrote: ↑Sun Oct 04, 2020 12:50 pmAfter that drive where they failed on a 4th down with a bunch of short passes, Haskins had a talk with the QB coach. Re: Week 4 Discussion
The rule that prevents trapping the ball against the ground to maintain possession? That's clearly incomplete, he used the ground to re-establish posession. The ball can move, but you can't use the ground to establish possession, he didn't have it when the ball touched the ground.steelman wrote: ↑Sun Oct 04, 2020 12:58 pm What a great catch by Fuller, unfortunately for him the ridiculously stupid NFL rules will rule that incomplete. Re: Week 4 Discussion
Fuller was moving his right hand to try to secure it when it hit the ground. His left hand had it trapped but it wasn't secured. I thought they might not have enough evidence to overturn the call on the field, but they got it right.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Sun Oct 04, 2020 1:10 pmThe rule that prevents trapping the ball against the ground to maintain possession?
