Typically everyone in contact with the breakout is forced to be quarantined for two weeks as they wait to see if they develop symptoms.. but they're simply pushing the game back a day? Money makes the world go round.. but these are the kind of decisions that let a mild breakout turn into a season shut down.
Certainly possible. However with the way the NFL is scheduled, and played (one game a week), they don't have the same luxuries baseball does.

Wondering how other forum member's leagues are handling this?

In one of my leagues this is basically a forfeit for me as I lose both my possible starting QBs, Ben and Ryan, and lose both my starting RBs, Henry and Conner (Since Saquan is already on IR) along with both my Defenses. None of this was an issue before since they don't have the same bye weeks, but now I have to pickup the Wash or Detroit D as those are the only 2 available (since I don't count the Jets or Giants as being a Defense). There are zero QB options on the wire since someone else already picked up Brett Rypien and my third QB is also out this week. For RBs I have to start Phillip Lindsay and pray he plays and start Kerryon Johnson. So I could easily have 4 zeroes out of 9 starters.

There's been some talk of what to do if this game moves to another week but not a lot. what is your league's plan for disruptions that destroy the competitive balance?

1. Game is currently being planned to take place on Monday, and won't affect this week at all if that ends up happening.

2. There's nothing that can be done, it's pretty much the same as players getting hurt, tough luck. Just one of the things we have to put up with and work around this year.

Ryan McDowell tweeted his plan earlier and I’ll be doing the same in my league -

Teams starting Titans or Steelers (some high end players!) can keep them in their lineup and before Sunday games start (or Thursday) the teams can designate an emergency backup player on their bench, which must be started/inserted into the lineup if the TEN/PIT game is canceled after other games are played.

I think it’s a pretty fair way to go about it as a commissioner and trying to keep competitive balance.

The last that I read, now only 1 player tested positive today(Wednesday) so I’m keeping all of my main players like Big Ben, JuJu, Henry, Conner in my lineups throughout my various leagues. As long as it’s by Tuesday, then it counts for week 4 and they’re saying it will be Monday, so I’m not too worried about it. I think at some point this season, there will be something happen the day before or on game day which will cause a game to be moved to a later date, like swapping a bye week or something. I hope I’m wrong though, because I’ve been pleasantly surprised about so few positive test results.

Schefter just said on Get Up that Monday might be off the table for Steelers v Titans, could be Tuesday or pushed to a later week.

I think we should know by Sunday

So it's officially been postponed to later in the season.

How do we handle the points from that game?
Is it just wiped from this week and fantasy managers who were relying on PIT/TEN players just have to pivot?

Schefter reporting there's been 2 additional positives, bringing total to 11, and the game will be postponed to a later week.

Titans and Steelers will not play this week.

People just need to treat this is a bye week, its unfortunate but it was inevitable.

Yep. If this is the biggest influence COVID has on the season, consider ourselves lucky. I have my doubts. This could just be the beginning, unfortunately.

This season will finish--I'll go on the record as having little to no doubt on that. The doomer fantasies aren't happening

With that said the playoffs being pushed back for one week to make up for lost games is pretty possible

I am saying more games will get pushed back or cancelled, most likely. Not saying the season won't finish, although it is still in the range of outcomes. I think the NFL expanding fans is the stands as this happens is terrible optics, and certainly isn't helping.

Yep. I think at some point, there will be positive tests come up on game day which will really create havoc. There will be some sort of disruption, I have little doubts about that. I hope I’m wrong though and I’m thankful for how things have went so far and for the 3 weeks that we’ve had to enjoy.
