Going for it all this year. I think Bell is done. I fear Gase (and no supporting cast) has ruined Darnold.

My hope is that Gordon's suspension is short. Either way, IMO Rodgers is far and above the best piece.
Wow, mostly a bunch of crap for Rodgers and a couple startable RBs to boot. Theft!

He didn't say he's Team A, or that it was even a trade he made.

Evans/Swift are reasonably close I think. About 6 picks apart in Mizelle October ADP. Close enough for someone to just choose their preference without expecting anything of meaningful value to be added.

Seems like ADP is smoking something. Just doesn't make sense otherwise.

I am just speculating and have nothing but anecdotes to offer but I think there is a huge difference between how Evans owners and Evans non-owners value him.

Every offer I get involving him still treats him like a very desirable asset and as a non-owner he's just not that guy for me. I think we see that in trade threads as well where people that have Evans are posting potential offers to move him and people are replying that they are overvaluing him.

It's understandable as the people that have him likely acquired him when he was considered an elite dynasty asset and paid a lot for him, and he hasn't really done anything noteworthy to "lose" that value, but it's just not there anymore. People that don't have him don't really want to give up major assets for him.

He is an elite dynasty asset. That isn't an opinion, that's a fact.

Obviously one's exact rankings of players is totally subjective, and I can understand if some don't have Evans in that MT/Hopkins/Adams tier, but he's definitely a highly valuable asset. Swift is a day-2 RB who could turn into Cook one day, or Mixon or Chubb.

Or maybe he never gets past the D'Onta Foreman/Rashad Penny/Sony Michel/Royce Freeman/Monte Ball territory.

Giving up a perennial stud for a maybe someday great day-2 RB is not great practice - even though it COULD turn out great in this instance. It's buying Swift assuming that he will be a multi-year top 15 RB.

What lukky said. I don't have Evans anywhere, but might need to start hunting for him somewhere.

I mean it's pretty much the definition of opinion.

He's a nice player. But in the modern NFL he's not a difficult kind of piece to acquire. That's probably why he's a late 2nd/early 3rd round startup pick in current Mizelle ADP and honestly at that price is still probably somewhat overrated relative to his peers.

Since 2018 Evans is averaging 17.8ppg, which is nice. Over that same span Cooper Kupp is averaging 17.2ppg. Kupp is the same age. Over the last year and a half Tyler Lockett is averaging 17.1ppg.

It's nice to have, but it's not difference making. No one is confusing Cooper Kupp for a top 5 dynasty WR and I doubt anyone would blink if he were traded for Swift.

I have Diggs in one of my leagues and was offered Evans for him straight up. I wasn't interested but I posted in the advice forum just to make sure I wasn't way off. The responses were overwhelmingly to keep Diggs and no one even mentioned bothering trying to get a sweetener on top of Evans. And it's not like Diggs is going to be a top 5 startup pick next offseason.

Evans is a nice solid piece. But he's not an elite asset. He's not that Metcalf/Hopkins piece that people are lusting after. He's in there with Cooper Kupp, ARob, etc. A nice enough piece. Not the sell the farm type player his owners still value him as. There's just not that desire out there right now for WRs that aren't putting up really crazy numbers or putting up really good numbers while really young. Half the teams in every league are flush with guys that they would feel comfortable plugging in for Evans, but everyone needs RBs right now.

GAVE - T. Fulham

GOT - K. Hamler

Well Gordon won't be startable for a while since I assume he'll be suspended. I'm fine rolling out Lindsay though. Next year I'll have Chubb, Cook, Barkley, Henderson (if he matters), and Gordon. Most likely I'll try and pair the latter two somehow.

I feel like it was close but Rodgers tips it to me. I am a bit biased though lol.

Either way, I'm not going with just Dalton this week. QBs are huge in our SF and I think I can get this year, next year, and maaaaybe 2022 out of Rodgers

Should have offered a damn 5th for Rodgers.
