Re: What is Mark Ingram's value?
No one is giving round 1 unless you add on to Ingram. Early round 2, he's a hold. If Dobbins doesn't pan out he's a lock for 1,200 yards.
Re: What is Mark Ingram's value?
He is easily worth a late first but good luck getting that value out of him. He reminds me of Keenan Allen, always returning value but nobody wants to pay for it.

Re: What is Mark Ingram's value?
Soon to be 31 yr old with long injury history playing next to the most explosive rookie in the class, I would look at a 3rd this year which is the equivalent to a 2nd in any other draft class. He's played well the past few seasons, I'll give him that but I think the fall-off is going to be quick and by then the window to sell is over. In rebuild, take what you can get. As a contender, I'd give a 3rd but you probably aren't a contender with Mark Ingram in the lineup.

He's never been a dominant work horse. I could see him being a FLEX at worst for another 3/4 years.CL3VELANDBR0WNS wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 12:36 pm Soon to be 31 yr old with long injury history playing next to the most explosive rookie in the class, I would look at a 3rd this year which is the equivalent to a 2nd in any other draft class. No way he should be worth a first. Not after the Dobbins pick. His days are numbered. If you pay a first for Ingram, you're not maximizing that picks value, IMO.

Re: What is Mark Ingram's value?
Ingram is a screaming sell given that his value is more closely tied to his 2020 production than just about every other player in the NFL, and who knows if we have a 2020 season?FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 12:48 pm No way he should be worth a first. Re: What is Mark Ingram's value?
Since 2014 the worst finish he has had in PPR is RB15. Per FantasyPros
During that stretch he finished:
2014: RB15
2015: RB10
2016: RB8
2017: RB6
2018: averaged 11.9 PPG before being injured
2019: RB11
Since 2016 he has missed a total of 4 games. For all you math wizzes out there that's an average of 15 games a season. (I believe one of those games he was held out due to being locked in a playoff spot.)
Since 2013 the lowest YPC total he has had in a season is 4.3. his average during that span is 4.8 YPC.
Since 2014 hes averaged just shy of 40 catches a season
He has done all of this while never being the focal point of any offense nor given workhorse touches. Is he getting old? Yes. Am i saying he should be fetching top 5 lottery picks? No. Is a cliff coming? I mean it has to be at some point but he does have less mileage than your average productive 31 RB.
I guess my point is that for anyone calling him a marginal player or injury prone over his career i think the numbers and his playing circumstances say otherwise

Re: What is Mark Ingram's value?
You can get a 1st, but that would probably have to be in season. But if he comes out producing like he was last year, you’ll be able to swing that kind of deal with a contender without much hassle probably. If you have to sell now, it’s probably capped at a 2nd. Veterans like him don’t return full value until in season.

Picked the page one Ingram thread with the most posts.
After leaving Baltimore for Houston this offseason, reports were Houston was open to trading its vets. People have been focusing on guys like David Johnson, but with season ending injuries to Dobbins and Justice Hill, could a trade back to Baltimore make sense?

Re: Mark Ingram
They did really like him around here. And it was a business decision when they let him go, aka too many cooks in the kitchen. With the injuries and Baltimore having extra picks, I could see it making sense. I think he has more juice then Bell or FreemanPullo Vision wrote: ↑Mon Sep 06, 2021 9:51 pm Picked the page one Ingram thread with the most posts.
