Arm talent and athleticism really. People doubted Jackson and Murray due to system as well. It's a risk you have to take. I do agree that he is generally a high risk prospect and Lawrence is the only one I would even consider at the back end of the first in a rookie draft.YouMightDieTryin wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 12:46 pm I kind of sifted through the thread and didn't see much on him, but can anyone give me more insight on Fields? What sets him apart from his predecessors? Haskins, Barrett, Miller, Pryor, Troy Smith...are they all a product of flashy system that run up the score with their athleticism? What makes Fields different and worth the praise? And is it just shiny objects and smoke?

BYU QB Zach Wilson making a strong case to be a 1st round pick, could challenge Lance for #3 in the class.

Never even heard of him until you brought him up. Thank you

These Alabama WRs are insane. All 3 of them. Obviously they're all crazy quick/fast but even when they're covered they just suck the ball in every time. It never touches their hand and isn't caught even when contested.

Just a reminder that Alabama last year had Jeudy, Ruggs, Smith, Waddle....AND Metchie.
Good Lord.

Which is why all the people complaining about market share were out of their minds. There are too many mouths to feed and they're all legitimate Day 1/early Day 2 prospects.
Tonight:
Waddle - 6/161/1
Smith - 10/160/2
Metchie - 3/50/1

Dillon Gabriel had 600 passing yards and 6 total TDs in one game lol. That stat-line is Mahomes-esque

So is Mac Jones another QB to take note of? I mean, I'm not huge on Fields or Lance, and have to admit, I haven't watched Mac yet, but the numbers he's putting up vs SEC teams is fantastic.

Zach Wilson is another QB I'm interested in so far this season, could be a huge riser by the draft

Only one L in "Wilson"? I'm not impressed. Luke Willson, from Canada, on the other hand..... Come visit, as soon as this COVID sh@t is done, with. I joke. I travelled to England, all the Aussie's I met, including one I worked with (I had a Brit passport, due to my parents being English, so I stayed and worked after my vacation was done, for a while) were stand up, easy going people. Loved them. I'm sure there are pricks, just like we all have, but I loved the Aussie vibe from my experience.AussieMate wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 3:19 am Zach Wilson is another QB I'm interested in so far this season, could be a huge riser by the draft

I think you have to, for much of the same reasons why Joe Burrow jumped up. He's been absolutely dominant. Now, of course not every QB is playing behind that offensive line with an amazing group of WRs, but he's making the throws and looks good.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 2:55 am So is Mac Jones another QB to take note of? Unfortunately for him, this QB class is way more stacked than last year. So, he could still be a first round pick if he keeps this up, but he's definitely played himself into the spotlight.

Jaylen Waddle carted off with an ankle injury.

Haha most are pretty laid back but more than a few spuds amongst us, probably more than just a few as most don't seem to like NFL . Always wanted to do an American trip, see a game live, particularly a college game.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 4:17 amOnly one L in "Wilson"? I'm not impressed.
