Add Newton to the list here, no other Patriots as of yet, but not sure how they still play tomorrow (without game day testing)

If they cancel/postpone every game due to 1 positive test, the season won't finish. All Pats tested clean today. I think the NFL is done if they don't carry on this week with that game.

This is exactly my point. The tests came back negative but it seems obvious there was some exposure. And now the flight is canceled with all options on the table according to Shefter. The season's prospects of continuing are looking bleak if they don't put something together fast.

The NFL will have egg on their face if they are the only pro sport that fails to finish, that's for sure.

Not sure about this. They can't really bubble due to size of teams and there are significantly more players than on mlb teams.

They will have to really reconsider the methods in place now though if they intend to go through the season

I have a feeling it's due to the date of the positive test (Saturday before the game) and the position (QB).

I also think this will make them reconsider their policies that are in place, but it could be too late.

Unless this is truly an isolated event, I'd imagine the game is rescheduled to a later week.

KC plays TNF in week 6, so if they play this weeks game on Tuesday they'll have 3 games in a span of 10 days.

I don't think they postpone the whole week, but it doesn't seem like the worst thing. The NBA is ~6 months behind their usual schedule. Better to have it later than not at all.
