Good luck with that one. I would think that Jacob owners will need an early 1st or better.

Yeah, I absolutely don't believe that Jacobs is a buy low.

AlbertaPrime wrote: Mon May 04, 2020 8:59 am Why does it feel like Josh Jacobs is a buy-low all of the sudden? I keep seeing this top ten RB lists for the upcomming season and he's nowhere to be found. What am I missing? Is he not the workhorse we thought he was? Is the lack of pass catching thing real? I thought Gruden committed to get him more targets at some point this off season? Did we forget that he's freshly just turned 22, coming off his rookie year where in 13 games ran for 1150 yards. He's got a great line and a potential for an explosive offense. Again, is it really the potential lack of targets? What am I missing here? I'm not saying he's top 5, but surely he's gotta be in the 7-10 spot.
Regardless of what "top 10 list" are saying, I don't think Jacob owners are devaluing him at all. And that's the value that really matters when it comes to trades. I doubt that he's really a buy low candidate it this point.
He's a top 5 guy for me... Behind CMC, Barkley. In that Zeke/Kamara/Cook/Mixon/Chubb/Sanders group. That's 9 guys so for him to be outside the top 10 you'd have to have 2 of Henry, Jones, LF, or the rookies ahead of him. I think all those guys easily have more risk due to age/injury/unknown

Jacobs > 1.01. why sell him for a RB who may not be a RB1?

My only concern with Jacobs is that the Raiders' personnel moves suggest they don't see him as a pass catching option, which potentially caps his upside as a backend RB1.

I think Duke Johnson is mainly an upside play on the fair chance that David Johnson gets hurt and can't play. If that happens, I think he immediately becomes a weekly RB2. If David Johnson stays healthy, I don't think he's more than a bye week flex fill-in though.
Team 1 PPR (1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 Flex)
QB: Wilson, Cousins, Rivers
RB: Mixon, Guice, Duke J, McCoy
WR: Hopkins, Evans, Allen, Hilton, AJ Brown, Crowder, Diontae, Johnson, Sanders
TE: Andrews, Davis

Team 2 .75 PPR (1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 Flex, 1 Def)
QB: Garappolo, Flacco
RB: Kamara, Edwards, Pollard
WR: Ridley, Kirk, Pettis, Cambell, Whiteside
TE: Ertz, Davis

Team 3 PPR (1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 3 Flex)
QB: Wilson, Cousins
RB: Cook, Mack, Cohen, Ingram, David Johnson, Bernard, Hill, Smallwood
WR: Allen, Diggs, Hilton, Woods, Jeffrey, Crowder, Harry
TE: Ertz, Olsen, Davis

Team 4 PPR (1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 3 Flex)
QB: Ryan, Cousins, Flacco
RB: Cook, Cohen, Johnson, Ingram
WR: Evans, Cooper, Diggs, Woods, Jeffrey, Jones
TE: Ertz, Thomas

Boston Scott ought to be flex-worthy in PPR and is super cheap.

I'll take Duvernay for a 3rd and see what happens as opposed to pay for Brown. I like him, but I haven't seen much discount at the moment.

Fournette is a buy low. Nobody wants to trade for him in real football or FF. So he's gotta be way cheaper than he was end of last year.

Looks like he's staying for another year with heavy touches.

Which is why I sent my offers out this morning and am hoping the current owner doesn't see this article. :D

Is it really a fluff piece if it's just reporting exactly what happened, and what he's doing? I dunno
