I love Gibson as a football player. I just hope the coaching staff in Washington can use him properly.

I freaking love Gibson, and thought someone would take a swing at his upside in round 3... but I just don't see why WSH of all teams took him here. I guess they're looking to move on from Guice

They want him to stay healthy but recognize the odds. Love is dead and AP could fall off at any moment. We needed an RB but a WEAPON more so I get it.

Still would rather have had Edwards.

I'm not sure a backup QB and a 3rd string RB are what Aaron Rodgers had in mind when he said he hoped they'd grab him a position player.

We all thought Rodgers's eyerolls and blank stares at the sidelines with McCarthy were bad. It's about to be a whole new level.

Do the Green Bay Packers owner, GM, new head coach, defensive coordinator, assistant coaches, and scouting department not remember literally the last game they played? Where they gave up a total of 285 yards rushing and 4 TDs?

And not a single defensive player pick yet?

Man... if Edwards falls out of the 3rd round.

It’s not a death sentence, but for WRs 6’2” or taller it’s much lower percentage chance of hitting when they fall out of the 1st or 2nd round

From a fantasy perspective he's definitely more intriguing as a RB. And the backfueld is far less crowded than most people realize.

He's already stated he wants to be a WR, and that's a need for them. Maybe they are announcing him as a RB because the contract is cheaper? I think he'll get some manufactured touches, but I suspect he'll be used in a similar manner to college.

He's already stated he wants to be a WR, and that's a need for them. Maybe they are announcing him as a RB because the contract is cheaper? I think he'll get some manufactured touches, but I suspect he'll be used in a similar manner to college.

This year he's probably going to be a package player. They'll figure out a handful of plays that feature him, move him around and line him up in different spots. He needs to find a position at some point though to be fantasy relevant. I just dont see that happening at WR....or at all really.
