Thanks to Lotto4Life for the Little update (pun intended). Could be what one would call a deep sleeper.
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..

That is a bit misleading without context:
Dupre has taken some reps with the first team this offseason. With Jones sidelined by offseason knee surgery, the team has rotated players in and out of the second receiver spot alongside Benjamin.

But if you believe in the talent, now is the time to scoop him up. His is prob on the waivers in all but the deepest leagues.
The standard is the standard.

You must have an inside informant that gave you access to the " Malachi Papers " that predict a breakout from the Buffalo Mafia fan favorite.

Jordan Wilkins could quickly rise from deep sleeper to a viable RB2.

Marlon Mack and Robert Turbin are both week-to-week with a injuries. Hamstring and ankle respectively. Turbin is also serving 4 game suspension to start the year. That currently leaves the Colts with Christine Michael, Nyheim Hines, and Wilkins.

In my opinion, Wilkins has the most upside out of those three. We all know Michael is a good change of pace back. Hines is too small to be a 3-down back, he also struggled--on special teams he muffed two punts and fumbled another--on Thursday. Wilkins was behind all of them on Thursday but he had a solid outing and ended the game on a high note:

Philip Lindsay, RB Denver. The dude was catching the eye of beat reporters and now has flashed in his first preseason game. Small guy with a lot of speed and great hands. Possible undrafted PPR specialist. Remember the Broncos have a history of using undrafted guys.

Lots of articles about him if you google his name. Will probably make the 53 man roster, as he is the top kickoff returner.

Check out this catch and run. 4th quarter against 3rd stringers.

If Chris Thompson won't be 100% until November, sounds like we've got some deep PPR sleepers.

Coach Jay Gruden on Peterson signing- “We have a third-down back, and I wouldn’t ask Adrian [Peterson] to be on third down with all the things he’d have to learn right now,” Gruden said. “Chris [Thompson], Byron [Marshall] and Kapri [Bibbs] have that stranglehold. Really, we are looking for first and second down guys. Obviously third down, short to medium [Peterson would] be in there, but that’s what we are looking for.”
League #1- 14 tm ppr, 1Q, 2R, 3W, 1T, 1 R/W/T, 1K

League #2- 12 team PPR, 1Q, 1R, 2W, 1T, 1 R/W/T, 1 W/R/T, 1 Def

League #3- 12 tm PPR, 1Q, 0R (yes, ZERO RB) 3W, 1T, 2 R/W/T flex, 1 Def

Deep Sleepers

Postby kuphal_99 » Thu Oct 17, 2019 4:03 pm

Looking for some suggestions on deep sleepers. Someone that isn’t on most people’s radars. I look at the waiver wire in my league and see no one even a little interesting. Who should I be looking at that no one else knows about?

RB-Zeke, Chubb, J Taylor, D Henderson, C Patterson, Pollard, J Wilson, Ty’son Williams
WR-Adams, Hill, Diggs, Boyd, A Brown, A Robinson, AJ Green

I think it's kind of late in the year for guys who could be useful to still be hidden, but Darius Slayton is a guy that might still be available in some shallower leagues and has a shot to maybe be something.

Those guys are taken in my league already. Is there anyone who was an UDFA that you think might turn into something?

Like I said, the guys worth rostering would have revealed themselves by this point in the season most likely. Just pick up as many random rookie free agents as you can fit on your roster and hope you hit.
