Duke Johnson - teams interested in trading for him

I'm an owner and would love to see Duke get out of Cleveland, his talent is being totally wasted there. Rumor is the Cowboys and Eagles are interested in trading for him. Not sure I like the Cowboys, he'd be stuck behind Elliot but the Eagles might be OK, they seem to have a lot of RBs so that might be a problem. I would LOVE for Tampa or KC to trade for him. Any thoughts on realistically he might go that would really help his fantasy value?

Philly would be a great spot for Duke, they had great production from Sproles when he was healthy. I think he would have a huge role in the backfield and I would expect the eagles to sign/draft a big two down back to go with Duke. Both would be startable.

Duke and Josh Adams. They already have the other back you speak of in house.

My Boston Scott truther-ism hopes this does not happen, lol.

Adams looked great at times and should be that short yardage bruising back but the eagles for whatever reason didn’t really seem to want to give him that shot. Maybe they will going forward.

Also if Bryce Harper gets his way Le’Veon Bell will be in philly so that would mess up all of this.

If I were a Duke owner, Rams would be looking good. Potent offense, role to spell Gurley, potential for massive upside when Gurley misses games...

John Kelly is a guy I am going to be buying for that reason

Fitting to your name, as I read this post my brain interpreted the idea as a loud fart noise.

Now that Hunt's suspension has been locked in at 8 games, what are your thoughts on what the Browns will do with Duke? There had been rumors that they were looking to trade him after picking up Hunt, but it seemed like they were waiting to make sure they would actually have Hunt back this year before doing anything. Do you think they trade him? If so, where do you see him landing? I feel like in an offense that actually uses him he's a solid mid rb2 in PPR.

I'm sure they are looking to trade him but haven't found anyone yet. Maybe after the draft there will be a more needy team, maybe during the season due to injuries. There just isn't much demand for him at the moment.

I posted in another Hunt thread. I think trade him as well and bring in a cheaper backup and pass catching threat. A guy like Bilal Powell could fit and cost much less... Getting an asset in return makes it even better.

I like Duke a lot. The Browns are rumored to be shopping him. Haven't heard of any teams being openly interested yet.

Actually there were multiple reports that the Eagles and Cowboys were interested.
