Yeah. No need to overthink it. We'll never be able to project out more than the current season with Gurley but right now he's an ok RB2 and a pretty good RB3. Pay as if you're buying a guy 5 years older.

You're just hoping for 50-60 yards and a TD at this point. He's done that in three games so far.

Disappointing that he's getting next to nothing in the receiving game.

50-60 would be less than 1000 and I think he's saying hope, as in 50% or less chance. So 8 TD max

He might be saying that Gurley's on pace for 1,000 yards and 16 TDs (which is currently true). I don't think he's going to finish with that though and wouldn't be surprised if he ends up missing the fantasy playoffs.

He is the only trade I've regretted so far this year. Gave up a 2021 1st and 3rd for Gurley and JJAW in one of my leagues. Overpayed and now regretting it, people said it was too much, but I didn't want to listen and wanted to make a trade to solidify my RB3. Problem is I was hoping to get high RB2 numbers out of him with passing work. I was also hoping with the limited WR's in Philly maybe JJAW would step up in his 2nd year, lol we all know how well that is going. I could be getting something a little better with those picks now.

On the bright side though, Gurley helped win my game last week, so I'll keep doing the old put him in the line up and pray. Sounds like he has a pretty nice schedule moving forward.

Gurley one my week for me too after chubb put up only 4 for me.

We'll see how that trade works out for you hopefully that first is pick 12. Gurley is a pretty amazing rb 3. I believe he is rb17 depending on scoring. They seem to be load managing him so I don't think we'll see any monster games but hopefully we can continue being a mid range rb2 into the fantasy playoffs. Assuming the falcons aren't out of it by the end of the month and they just bench him

My team in sig:

Been trying to get a first rounder for him and can't.
My team is 0-4 (likely to be 0-5) and been buggered by injuries to my WR core.

Therefore I'm trying to sell Gurley and tank for a first as playoffs is almost out of the question for me now. Got a counter offer for two 2021 seconds. One of which is mine which should be 2.01 and the other is likely to be 2.03-2.06.
Eight team league so it's even (I am the reigning champ).

Gurley has a great run of fixtures coming up and I think I could squeeze more out of him in a few weeks. But also its Gurley and his knee is a ticking time bomb and he isn't going to assist me in winning this year.
Thoughts? Sell now or gamble/get greedy?

If you’re not competing that’s an easy sell. It sets you up to earn a better draft spot and is essentially the 1.9 and a late 1st in regular 12 team ADPs.

Agreed. I'd sell for that 2.01 alone. Not to mention, you should be able to package both of those 2nds for a 1st anyways. Not many people are giving a 1st for Gurley

Early 2nd and mid 2nd in an 8 team league is insane value for Gurley right now.

My first instinct was to be greedy and wait until a contender gets desperate the way the injuries are pulling up. But yea the 9 and 12 or so is fantastic value.

It's amazing how RB values rise and fall so rapidly. I paid two firsts for Gurley early to mid season last year and he did somewhat help me win a championship but ultimately I should have sold him earlier than now.

Wow I wish I could have gotten that for him early last season. It was probably what his market value was according to ADP and rankings at the time, but nobody in my league would pay it.
