I never pay for Rb's lol id rather pay high-end for WR's as you can see from my team 1 on the bottom. RB's values drop much faster than WR's I mean look OBJ still carries a high tag.

My team 2 has good RB's because its a new dynasty.

id rather sell a RB's than keep him tbh

You can't say you don't invest in RBs when you have Zeke and Kamara

Just confirming with others that Gurley is droppable. I haven't heard of any potential signing and would not expect him to be fantasy relevant even if he latches on as a backup.

Droppable? No way, not by me. I'm not dropping but I'm not buying either.

Do you expect him to sign and have a role? He got passed by Ito Smith by year end. I'm not sure he gets meaningful reps even with injuries in front on him assuming he signs. Definitely hard to drop him though

man, i dumped him everywhere.

he fell off a cliff last season.

if you have room i guess you can hold him and hope he has a big game or two at the beginning of the season and try to get something for him but i can't see how he will have a big role with any team that signs him moving forward.

That’s team 2 that was a new league I joined, they just happened to fall to me.

So I still stand by I don’t pay for high end RBs

Well Ito Smith got cut whereas Todd Gurley was on a 1 year contract - so I suppose it is a moot point who had the lead role late in the season when the Falcons were already out of the playoff picture. Would be interesting if the Falcons had been in the thick of it and still constantly fed Ito Smith (but 10-12 carries a game *shrugs).

If he is fully healthy (or as healthy as he can get) he'll likely be signed in August when a team has need. Right now all teams are focused on the guys they have / drafted. But we all know how easily RB injuries can change the picture so we'll see how pre-season & the longer NFL season have to say. Whether or not he can again have RB1 production (like he did Week 1-9) or RB2 production is yet to be seen. However history tends to show that it is a bad bet to bet against so long as players like Gurley continue to get chances.

After Week 5, Gurley was easily one of the worst starting RBs in the league. I wouldn't be shocked if he gets another chance because of who he used to be, but he's cooked.

Probably just off-season noise but Bill Barnwell (ESPN?) predicts that the Chiefs will sign Todd Gurley post June 1st.

Are people cutting gurley on their rosters? been debating it for a couple months and was hoping he'd get signed somewhere but at this point it doesn't seem like he'll ever be worth even trade bait as a handcuff.

Planning to pick up Mike Strachan and I have to cut 2 out of gurley, wolford (SF with every qb handcuff is basically owned), eno, and anthony miller and at this point I feel like gurely has less value than the rest of them

At this point he's certainly cuttable. I just did a 3 weeks ago and he has not been picked up. Regardless of a potential signing he's not going to have a fantasy relevant role.

There's an off chance he has redraft value during the season if a team has injuries and needs a body, but he's absolutely done as a dynasty asset. I don't think people realize just how awful he was last year in Atlanta... though I guess maybe the league is showing us since he's 27 and unsigned.
