What is Cam Newton's value?

In a 1QB 16-team, deep roster league, what would you need to move Cam? Admittedly, he's currently a week-winner, but what should his value be for you to feel good about it?

Been a top 5 fantasy QB evey season he's played 16 games in his career.

You're selling low if you don't value him as a premium QB asset

I'm in a 16 team superflex league and I traded him this week for Jerry Jeudy + 2022 1st.

Situation is a little different as I'm not contending this year and I hoarded QBs (5 starters).

In a 16-team league, Cam is worth a late 1st. You'd have to remember that picks 13-16 are basically equivalent to early 2nds in standard leagues.

But in a standard 12 team league, he's not worth a 1st. He's an early-to-mid 2nd. If he plays at this level for a longer stretch maybe, but QBs don't have that much value in standard formats unless they're Mahomes, Lamar, or maybe Russ. Let's see if he stays healthy and if the Patriots invest in him long-term.

Late 1st would get it done. Not many QB I'd value more than that in a 1QB league. Mahommes, Jackson, Wilson, Murray. Maybe Minshew if the league had bonuses for swagger or mustache.

Sold Cam an hour ago. Got a mid second. 12 team, 0.5 ppr.

I think he's worth more than that to a contender, but I didn't want to wait and took what I could get. I also have Mahomes.
